If you wish to make a complaint about  the Association, or any Officer of the Association,  please contact the Secretary.

If the complaint is about the Secretary, then contact the President.

The matter will be dealt with confidentially and as quickly as possible.

Complaints by Members  

  1. If any Member feels that the Association, or any Officer of the Association, has taken action contrary to the Articles of Association or procedures of the Association, they should contact the Secretary of the Association
  2. If the complaint is in respect of the Secretary, then they they should contact the President of the Association.
  3. If the complaint is in respect of action taken by the Council, Management Team, or one of its Officers then the Council will appoint an Independent Panel of three Members to fully investigate the complaint.
  4. The Independent Panel will investigate and make recommendations to both the Council and the Complainant. The Council will consider the recommendations of the Independent Panel and take such action as the Council considers necessary to resolve the situation.

Complaints by Non-members

  1. If any non-Member feels that the Association, or any Officer of the Association, has taken action contrary to the Articles of Association or procedures of the Association, they should contact the Secretary of the Association
  2. If the complaint is in respect of the Secretary, then they they should contact the President of the Association.
