The current COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally shifted the way people live and work. BSI’s Safe Working Guidelines are a response to the pandemic and the increased risk the disease presents to the health, safety and well-being of people, in all work settings.
The Guidelines provide information on dealing with the complexities of this changing situation and adapting ways of working.
Version 3 is now available. Key changes include an Executive Summary and guidance on:
- planning for changes to restrictions at local, regional and national levels
- testing, contact tracing and quarantine, and two new annexes on:
- protective security and
- accessibility and inclusion. (advisors included 2 Access Association members)
These guidelines are currently under consideration for development as an international document through ISO.
For further information on the Guidelines, and to access Versions 1 and 2, please see the Executive Summary.
